2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or create an account
Parents or guardians may purchase tickets for minors for age-appropriate shows
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2.2 Age-Restricted Events

Adult Shows (18+ or 21+):

Certain shows are restricted to adults only
Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry
Age requirements are clearly marked on event listings
No refunds for failure to meet age requirements
Management reserves the right to refuse entry without proper ID

All-Ages and Children’s Shows:

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Parents/guardians are responsible for determining show appropriateness
Some content may not be suitable for all ages despite being “all-ages”

2.3 Account Responsibilities

If you create an account:

You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
One account per person; no sharing of accounts

3. Ticket Purchase Terms

3.1 Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities
Tickets may not be valid if purchased from unauthorized sources
Processing fees are non-refundable

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change
Additional fees may include:
- Service/processing fees
- Venue fees
- Tax where applicable
Payment must be made in full at time of purchase
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified methods
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

3.3 Order Confirmation

Confirmation email serves as your receipt
Check confirmation for accuracy immediately
Contact us within 48 hours for any discrepancies
We are not responsible for tickets sent to incorrect email addresses provided by you

3.4 Ticket Delivery

Digital Tickets:

Delivered via email or available in your account
Must be presented on mobile device or printed
Screenshot of tickets may not be accepted
Each barcode/QR code can only be scanned once

Physical Tickets (if applicable):

Will be mailed to provided address
Additional shipping fees apply
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after delivery

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

4.1 General Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges Except:

Event cancellation by La Perla Agency
Event postponement (option to refund or use for rescheduled date)
As required by law

4.2 Cancellations

If We Cancel:

Full refund of ticket face value and fees
Refunds processed within 14 business days
No compensation for travel, accommodation, or other costs

If Event is Postponed:

Tickets valid for rescheduled date
Option to request refund within 30 days of announcement
No refunds after 30-day window

4.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to:

Natural disasters
Government orders
Pandemic/health emergencies
Strikes or labor disputes
Venue emergencies
Acts of terrorism

In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide credits.

4.4 No Show Policy

No refunds for failure to attend
No refunds for late arrival
No refunds for denied entry due to policy violations

5. Event Attendance Rules

5.1 Venue Policies

Must comply with all venue rules and regulations
Subject to security screening and bag checks
Prohibited items vary by venue (weapons, outside food/drink, professional cameras)
Venues are smoke-free environments

5.2 Code of Conduct

Attendees Must:

Behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other guests
Follow all staff and security instructions
Remain in designated audience areas
Dispose of trash properly

Prohibited Behavior:

Disruptive behavior or heckling
Intoxication or drug use
Harassment of any kind
Recording without permission (see Section 5.3)
Throwing objects
Fighting or aggressive behavior

Violations Result In:

Warning or immediate removal without refund
Ban from future events
Legal action if warranted

5.3 Photography and Recording

No professional photography equipment without prior approval
No video recording of performances
Personal photography may be allowed (varies by show)
Flash photography typically prohibited
We may photograph/film events for promotional use
By attending, you consent to appearing in promotional materials

5.4 Accessibility

We strive to accommodate all guests
Contact us in advance for specific needs
Service animals welcome
Wheelchair accessible venues noted in listings
ASL interpretation available upon request (advance notice required)

6. Private and Corporate Events

6.1 Booking Terms

Requires signed contract and deposit
Deposit typically 50% of total fee
Balance due before or on event date
Minimum notice period for bookings

6.2 Cancellation by Client

Notice Period	Refund Amount
60+ days	Full refund minus $500 processing fee
30-59 days	50% refund of deposit
15-29 days	25% refund of deposit
Less than 14 days	No refund

6.3 Performance Requirements

Client must provide:

Suitable performance space
Technical requirements as specified
Security if required
Appropriate facilities for performers

6.4 Content Customization

Custom content may incur additional fees
Client must approve content in advance
We retain creative control within agreed parameters
No requests for inappropriate or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our performances is protected:

Includes text, images, logos, music, choreography, scripts
No use without written permission
Limited license to view website content for personal use

7.2 User Content

If you submit content to us:

You grant us worldwide, royalty-free license to use
You warrant you have rights to submitted content

By attending events, you acknowledge:

Live performances involve inherent risks
Strobe lights, loud music, and theatrical effects may be used
You assume all risks of attendance
You waive claims against us except for gross negligence

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Perla Agency, its officers, directors, employees, agents, venues, and performers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or rights of others
Your use of our services
Your attendance at events
Content you submit to us

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal action:

Contact us to attempt resolution
We’ll work in good faith to resolve issues
Most disputes can be resolved informally

11.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails:

Binding arbitration through American Arbitration Association
Arbitration in [Your City, State]
Each party bears own costs
No class actions or representative proceedings

11.3 Exceptions
